Shit. How do I remake this thing so it’s irreverant and funny?

NOTE:  I AM GOING TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF MY TUMBLR SOON AND GET RID OF THIS ONE.  I WILL EMAIL YOU GUYS WHEN IT HAPPENS.

Um.  I thought for probably a whole minute about this so-called blog, and I decided it is NOT FUNNY.  Even more problematic, it makes it seem like I am a big fashion, gay man obsessed, vapid whore.  There is nothing wrong with fashion or gay men or even whores.  But this is not me.  I don’t know how this happened.  Maybe I should try this whole words into feelings thing more.  Wait, I think it’s the other way around.  So, to clarify, here is a list of things I REALLY like:

1.  burritos.  fuck yeah.

2. clam chowder in a bread bowl.  I wish that it would be as good without the chewy clam part, but then it would just be clam juice chowder, which I am not sure would be as good.

3.  Richard Brautigan.  He has a way of writing about things that might seem mundane, like an eyelash or pencil, and making them all beautiful and emotionally-founded and stuff.

4.  The color green.  Really really bright green, like moss.

5.  Getting dirty.  Getting clean is okay, too.

6.  Along these lines, sex.  Dirty sex.  And procrasturbation.  People are way too sexually repressed, don’t you think?

7.  Singing!  I can’t sing very well, but sometimes I accidentally can sound nice.  I like singing to 90s music, today music, and other musics.  I am embarrassed when I sing to Rock Band or Guitar Hero but I still do that anyway.

8.  Meat.  Goddammit.

9.  Running when I’m mad.

10.  People that get my sense of humor.  People that are funnier than me.  Duh.

11.  Metaphysics.  Ask me if I like this at other times and the answer is no.

12.  cats!

13. spoonerisms

14. the smell of pavement after it rains.  The smell of elevators, parking garages, stairwells, tea, and chalk.

15.  Memory foam.

16. swimming.  really anything that involves playing in water.

17. coastal drives.  road trips.

18. the way eyes change color in the sun.

19. watching people cook.

20. the sound of tiles (think mah-jong) clacking on each other

21. butterflies (the good ones) from being excited

22.  the feeling of skin on skin

23. not feeling like I have to compulsively apologize

24. A smoke trail from a fireplace or stove on a cold, sunny, clear day

25. compassion and empathy without it feeling forced or expected.

26. more to come.  Maybe.

I am conflicted toward how I feel about the sound of the bamboo banging against the side of my apartment.  I think I like it.
